Front Office Training
The Institute have a beautiful spacious loby with reception counter to greet their guest and make themcomfortable waiting in loby.The students get privilege to do their activities in connected to front office subject utilising th eloby,counter,EPBAX,Bell desk,Travel desk etc. provided by the Institute.
Besides the above facilities,the Institute provided a huge open space at the front with gardening facilities,playing games,parking of vehicles etc.inside the premises surrounded with closed walls with a massive entrance gate which is guarded by 24 hours security service.
Library.
The Institute has a well stocked library with the latest books, Journals, magazines. It covers both National and International covering all aspects of hotel industry, tourism industry, hospitality sector, travel and general management.
Electronic Video Library.
The library also has an excellent collection of video tapes,VCD & DVD on different aspects of management and hospitality industry. The library has multimedia resources to enable students to view these videos,VCD & DVD and learn the best practies from them. Constant replenishment is done on these resources on a regular basis also.
The Institute has a plan to start a book bank for the students for their future prosper and to enhance their performance by taking the required book from the library till they are in the institute.
Computer Lab.
The Institute provide Computer training programme in connected to Hotel Industry to individual students in group in the concept of rooms available fitted as many as the required numbers of computers with their modern accessories.
Training Restaurants & House Keeping.
The institute has a fully equipped training restaurant having adequate seating capacity to take care of the practical restaurant operations.The institute has a training laundry with semi-automatic and automatic machines.
A special hotel room simulation lab is created for all training needs in Housekeeping related areas. Students will receives a good deal of practical exposure about these subject in a relevant manner to understand the subject
and perform accordingly during the industrial training in various hotels and resorts.
Trainng in Banquets and Buffer Service
A speial hall to accomodate 25 persons on U shape and around sixty to seventy persons theatre style sitting arrangements. Special equipments are available for buffet service and to decorate food for cocktail service.
Food Production Practical
Food Production Labs are the one of the most important component of hospitality training. It includes basic training kitchen, advanced & quantity training kitchen and a mechanised bakery.
The Institute concentrates for the developement of the Food production labs, with sophisticated equipments and ranges as per the modern days requirements and in future we are thinking to work out on cold room works.
Moderate receipes along with different internatonal cuisine will also be discussed to enhances the students interest in food production. Food production labs is of atmost importance for those students who opt to grow in hospitality sector.
